Number of guests

The villa is ideal for 2 couples and 2 bed-sharing children. Please see details on Facilities page and  ascertain that you will be able to manage with available beds. Additional queen size mattress (automatic air inflatable) and bedding set is available, if needed. Depending on guests profile, more people can be accommodated., on nominal additional charge basis.

Normally, we prefer to rent out entire villa. However, depending on the profile of the guests and availability, we might consider to rent only one bedroom. Please contact us via Reservation page.

Making reservations

This is a good place to relax, rejuvenate, repose and bond with nature and family. We are a bit selective about who we rent this villa to. Please email or submit form at Reservations page. We shall typically be able to respond via email within 12 hours. We might call/email you to get additional information.

We will need copy of ID's for all guests at the time of reservation.

Arrival logistics

If you are coming by car, the google map shall take you right up to the villa. For guests, coming by flight (Coimbatore airport), we are happy to provide you contact number for pick-up by taxi service run by local drivers who know the place well. You may also utilize the same taxi service for local travel during your stay. Please discuss the requirements and settle payments directly with the taxi service.

Housekeeper will receive you and explain to you where you can find various things you might need during your stay.

House keeping

We have a housekeeper at villa from 10am - 5pm to do cleaning and make beds.

The gardener staff usually come every alternate day to mend and water lawns.

Food & Beverages

We do not have a cook at the villa. However, we have a fully functional kitchen.

For your food, there are multiple options: 

1. 1. In-complex restaurant

The restaurant is a rather busy for breakfast & lunch during weekends and on most days during peak tourist season. However, it might not be open all days and not usually open for dinner. However, if we pre-inform them, they are usually able to prepare food. You may choose to eat by the pool side in the restaurant or request them to deliver to villa.

1. 2. Delivery from nearby restaurants

There are 2 restaurant nearby (more & more getting added to list) which can delivery food to villa on order.

1. 3. Dine out

Kotagiri is a short distance away and there are number of restaurants in/around Kotagiri for some decent meals. Should you be willing to drive a bit more, there are lot of options in Coonoor and Ooty to go to.

1. 4. Cooking / Grill at Villa

The villa has fully functional kitchen with basic provisions like butter, oil, spices, wheat flour, rice, lentils, tea/coffee powder, milk, sugar etc.. If you are planning to cook your meals please bring the required ingredients (vegetables, meat, etc.). There are few super market format stores in Kotagiri and availability of most items is not an issue.

There is a fireplace and brick oven in gazebo. It is a great place to do grills over some nice music, drinks and conversations especially in the evening. However, you will need to prepare all the food stuff you prefer to grill.

Please bring you own alcohol and other beverages you prefer to consume. Bottled drinking water is available at villa.

Internet

Villa has 200 mbps fiber broadband connection. The WiFi mesh network provides good signal coverage & speed across the entire property. You will be provided with WiFi password on your arrival. Use of WiFi is complimentary.

Pets

Dogs & cats are allowed. We expect the pets are well trained and do not venture out of villa unaccompanied. As such, there is no need to keep pets on leash as long as owners are able to command control their movements.

We have a large size dog bed and blanket for use by your furry buddies.

Pay-as-you-use Charges

• Taxi service(s) - while we might recommend you a taxi service, you are required to fix rate and directly pay to the driver.

• Food from restaurant - please pay direct to the restaurant

• Consumables at Villa: there are few consumables at villa - basic provisions in the kitchen, fire wood, barbeque coal, fire starters etc. We would like our guests to be comfortable and use available resources judiciously. We also expect our guests to do a fair self-estimation of consumed items and make additional payments accordingly.
